36th anniversary menu.
Menu from the 36th anniversary banquet of the William B. Schnider Lodge of the "F. and A. M." (Free and Accepted Masons) which took place on Tuesday, June 14, 1904. Includes an acrostic poem for the words "FOUR ONE NINE," which is the lodge number for this Freemason chapter. Menu items (written backwards) include deviled crabs, stewed snapper, cold tongue, sliced tomatoes, fancy cakes, coffee, and cigars. Small images of waiters and cooks are scattered among the text. A blue ribbon has been affixed with a red seal to the lower left hand corner of the menu.
