Description:
Friday - Sweeping. Friday, according to Mother Goose, is the day "we sweep the floor." Unlike the traditional rhyme every day is sweeping day at Willow Run for Mrs. Bette Walker as she sweeps the carpet on the floor of the B-24 bomber's flight deck preparatory to delivery of the plane to the Army. At Willow Run she does her sweeping with a powerful vacuum cleaner.
