Circa 1939 American Legion sponsored Fourth of July parade in Ypsilanti. This group of bagpipers is marching in front of 313 West Michigan Avenue, the location of Buttar's Real Estate-Insurance office (in business from 1937 to 1942), owned by Archibald H. Buttar (1894-n.d.).
