Black-and-white photograph of employee working at desk at the American National Bank, 101 East Crosstown Parkway and South Burdick Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan. The photograph was taken at or soon after the bank branch's grand opening on June 13, 1964. View shows an unidentified man wearing a dark colored suit and sitting at table writing on piece of paper. On the desk is an open three-ring binder with papers, a telephone, book, an ashtray and stapler. Behind the man is another table with a three-hole punch and other notebooks. The walls are predominantly plan except for poster sized paper with chartes. The photograph was taken by Joseph Schiavone.
