According to local sports researcher Bob Schichtel: GR Union #13 Ted Proctor shoots over the outstretched hand of Grand Haven #16 Don Kieft. Other Grand Haven players in the picture are #15 Ken Clark, #18 Russ Rescorla and #10 Bob VanSchelven. This game is being played in the Dillingham Gym at Union High School. It is of the inaugural Furniture City Basketball Tournament. This game was won by Grand Haven 35-20.
