According to local sports researcher Bob Schichtel this is 1950 Cedar Springs head basketball Ray Rynberg. Ray spent many years coaching in the Cedar Springs and Grant public school systems. He was honored as a member of the Michigan High School Football Coaches Hall of Fame. Ray died in 2016 at age 99.
