Not in Brun.; Title from verso.; Pen and ink map ofpart of Flint, Mich., showing streets, railroads, and some lots of property.; Map accompanied by letter from Charles Seymour to William [Seymour], dated at Flint 22 December 1854 that describes property proposed for construction of a mill.; Accompanied by a second letter from J. Seymour to W.H. Seymour dated at Flushing, Mich., Oct. 26, 1863 that references an "old map" of the mill property and attributes authorship to Charles Seymour and discusses in detail the value of the property.
