Construction work in Grand Rapids. The Waters Exhibition Building, located at Ottawa Avenue and Lyon Street can be seen through the iron work of the building being erected. The river flood wall can be seen in the foreground. The Hall of Justice and the Grand Center were built in the area south of Michigan Street along the river. This photograph was taken during the time of Urban Renewal in downtown Grand Rapids.
