Calhoun, Martin Van Buren, William Henry Harrison, Thomas Hart Benton, Levi Woodbury, and Francis Preston Blair.; "Entered according to act of Congress in the year 1840 by James Fisher in the office of the district court of Massachusetts."; In lower margin, beneath title: "Heard you that groan? It was his last." - Blair.
