Columbia leans out a window, manipulating a clothesline that stretches to Europe. She pulls toward her a line of shabbily-dressed people, some carrying flags, "Anarchist," "Nihilist," "Exile." On the clothesline traveling away from Columbia and toward Europe, well-dressed travelers and sacks of money.
