Fosdick-Braun House
The Max Fosdick Bungalow at 303 E. Michigan Avenue was built in 1917 for $1,500.00. It was sold to the Braun family in 1987. It was the site of an Historical Society Christmas Walk in 1991.; Max Fosdick managed the Detroit Edison Store and Power Station for Old Maude for many years.
