Four women, the officers of four Maccabee Hives, seated or standing around a table while one writes in a notebook. According to the Kalamazoo Gazette, February 7, 1941 edition, the women pictured, from left to right, are Mrs. Eva Chadderdon, Miss Eva Kingsley, Mrs. Alice Hoskins, and Mrs. Jessie Hindman. The women were group commanders representing Parchment, Kalamazoo, Burr Oak, and Valient Hives. The photograph was published in the Kalamazoo Gazette, February 7, 1941 edition. The photograph was taken for Lowell Plasterer and the Kalamazoo Gazette. Documentation accompanying the photograph gives the following description: Lady Commanders at OHD Fellows Hall.
