The photograph was taken at the bank branch's ribbon cutting ceremony on June 13, 1964. View shows part of the front entrance facing South Burdick where a man speaks into a microphone to the gathered crowd. To the speaker's right a red ribbon is loosely tied to a Georgian Colonial-style column. The crowd includes women in formal skirts and shirts and corsages, men in suits, and children, who are lined up close to the speaker. None are identified. The photograph was taken by Joseph Schiavone. The building was demolished in 2023.
