Salvation Army women, stand in a snowy intersection, in front of the Kent County Courthouse, talking with a policeman, handing out literature. The Kent County Courthouse was located on the south side of Crescent between Ottawa and Bond. This portion of Crescent street and Bond were vacated during the urban renewal of the 1960s.
