Sam Lambarth House

Description:

Home located at 213 S. Ann Arbor Street, Saline, Michigan. Built for Sam and Olga Lambarth and family (Paul Lambarth and Helen L. Moser). Local carpenters - Adolph Lindemann, Andrew Hartman, plus others. The exterior was kellastone originally - later aluminum siding. The house immedialy south was built at same time for the Lambarths by the same builders.; Lambarths moved in during 1924 - probably fall, and occupied house until the death of Mr. Lambarth - September 2, 1975 and Mrs. Lambarth - July 4, 1976. Several owners since. The other house was sold when completed to John Guthardt. In the photo are Louella, Sam and Helen.
