Three men stand behind the "counter" passing around a booklet or pamphlet. The photograph was take for Cates and the Texaco Oil Company (also known as Texaco Petroleum Products, and Texaco Gasoline and Motor Oils, Asphalt Shingles, Roll Roofs and Solid Asphalts). A sign at the back of the booth reads: H. A. Cates, distributor.
