Description:
Storefront of Van's Radios Sales and Service at 1976 S Division, also washing machines and "electric refrigerators." In the windows an open refrigerator, a stove and washing machine are displayed with cardboard cutouts of well-dressed women pointing out features of the appliances. A large advertisement uses Ripley, in Believe It or Not, to extol the Rollator made by Borg-Warner Co. of Detroit, which comes with a ten-year guarantee. The store to the left (south) in the photo is 1978 D Division DeBoer Bros Real Estate.
